(Montel) Lithuania's natural gas consumption declined by 35% to 15.6 TWh last year as record-high prices curbed demand from key sectors, such as fertilizer production and power generation, said TSO Amber Grid on Tuesday.
Still, the company transported a record 64 TWh of gas through its pipelines last year, up from 53 TWh a year earlier, thanks partly to robust exports and a new gas pipeline to Poland.
