(Montel) European gas contracts fell on Friday in spite of colder weather as the market saw some signs of increased pipeline supply.
The day-ahead contract on the Dutch TTF hub last traded down EUR 17.38 at EUR 135.52/MWh at one broker – having hit a two-month high of EUR 152.90/MWh on Thursday – while the front month lost EUR 2.16 at EUR 137.10/MWh on Ice Endex.
