(Montel) European gas prices were trading lower on Friday as the prospect of increased pipeline supplies offset forecasts for a cold snap that would boost heating demand.
The benchmark TTF front-month contract was last seen down EUR 1.28 at EUR 122.50/MWh on Ice Endex. The UK’s NBP equivalent was down 11.69p at 280p/th on Ice Futures.
