(Montel) The EU’s electricity market reforms should make it easier for smaller consumers to secure their future power supply through power purchase agreements (PPAs), energy advisers Our New Energy told Montel.
The European Commission proposed earlier this month that national governments offer guarantee schemes to help reduce the credit risk of entering PPAs, as part of wider market reforms it hopes to conclude by the end of this year.
