(Montel) Polish utility PGNiG has secured 6.5bcm of natural gas in 2023 and 7.7bcm from 2024 via the 10bcm Baltic Pipe from Norway to replace Russian imports, it said on Tuesday.
The volumes correspond to 80% and 90% of the Poland-Norway gas link capacity booked by PGNiG, with the Baltic Pipe trial start-up expected on Saturday, the firm added in a press release.
