(Montel) The French government plans to give progress reports – "probably bimonthly" – about the status of outages affecting its reactors in a bid to reassure the market and bring power prices down, said an energy ministry adviser.
It aimed to “inform the market regularly” after the summer in a bid for “full transparency” in terms of the country’s nuclear supply this winter, the adviser – who declined to be named – told Montel on Thursday.
