(Montel) Russia will sustain gas supply to Europe of at least 200bcm for years to come, Gazprom Export head Elena Burmistrova said on Tuesday.
Last year the firm exported a record 200bcm of natural gas to its European customers, Burmistrova said at a European gas conference in Vienna.
“I don’t expect this volume to decline in coming years,” she added.
Russia’s state-run energy firm Gazprom is Europe’s biggest supplier of natural gas, meeting around 40% of overall demand.
